Hi, I just bought this and it will not open in After Effects as it says on your page and when I try and open it in Premiere Pro, it wont even open. Could you refund me or fix this and resend me an updated file that is compatible with After Effects preferably. If not, just one that works with Premiere Pro 2022. Thank you
