Hi, you can play with auto trace dialogue numbers (tolerance, threshold). Also you can add additional points to path manually. There are lots of tutorials on YouTube showing the process. Another way is to use Adobe Illustrator and copy path from it. There are tutorials showing this method aswel. Hope it helps.

Basic knowledge of Element3D plugin will fix all your problems. It is not hard to scale any object to your liking inside Elemement3D. You can find lots of tutorials online. It doesn’t mean it’s trash (all caps ) to work with if you don’t have enough experience. Sorry you don’t like it.
