Hi. I downloaded the template from E. ELEMENTS. The particles does not work after MIGRATE setting (Particular 18.1.0). All the particle are destroyed. Please update the template
For this Particular version migrating should work. Please check whether the Emission type is migrating correctly. The follow emission types should be set:
Primary System: Layer; System 2: Emit from parent System (Primary); System 3: Layer; System 4: Layer; System 5: Layer;
If this does not help, please a bit patient. With the last updates of Particular everything broke. Nothing really works anymore, because After Effects changed the 3D space integration somehow, I think. I will update the template for the latest Particular version, but I will need a few days.
Template is updated to After Effects 2023 and Trapcode Particular 2023.
A short tutorial for the correctly migration will be very helpful for many customers. Can you make a tutorial please

Looks really nice, I purchased your animation to use as a base for more creating but I cannot get the particles to line up with the emitter layer after migrating to the latest particluar, everything is out of position? Any help would be very much appreciated!
Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the template is not compatible with the latest Particular version 5. Red Giant somehow totally messed up the compatibility with vs 5. right now you can either install an older version of Particular or wait for Red Giant to release an update that fixes this problem. I will release an updated version too, but probably not before Red Giant releases an update to vs5 that fixes these migration issues.

As written in the items description this template requires the Trapcode Particular plugin to work properly. For refund you have to contact Envato support. But I doubt that this is a legitimate reason for a refund.

Hello, How can I adjust the amount of particles that appear? Because in the latest version of the plugin and After Effects on a Mac appear much less. In fact a third of these appear.

Yes, you are right, the new version somehow calculates the particle numbers differently. To increase the particle amount, select all layers inside the “RENDER” composition that start with “Particle” (there are 9 such layers). Then reveal the key frames. On the “Particles/sec” value of each layer are three key frames. The second key frames are the ones that carry the value you have to change. Just increase the values according to the needs of your logo.
I will try to update the template asap for the new Trapcode Particular version, but this may take several days to be availavble.

By the way, I notice that in the new version, when rendering, the logo appears in grayscale in the first frames. How can I do so that it is not seen?
That has nothing to do with the new version. I made this on purpose. The idea is that the splashes colorize the logo, when they stream back into it.
You can change this by just deactivating the "Tint" effect on the "enter LOGO" layer inside the "RENDER" composition.What are your prices for using this template? I don’t have trapcode particular.

Hi there, I am intersted in buying this intro, but I have a couple of Q before I do. 1. One needs a plug in for it to work, would the trial one be suffiecient or do I need one with full license, please? 2. Will I be able to customise it even though I have never done it before? 3. Is it possible to make it Quicker/ shorter on my own, so that let’s say the intro would be the same but its duration would be 5 seconds instead of 10?

1) The trial version of Trapcode Particular renders with a watermark, so to really get a clean intro you need the full version. 2) Yes. You can view the step by step customization tutorial on my website. Just follow the link in the items description. 3) Generally yes, but you need a bit of After Effects know-how (Time remapping or time stretch effect).

The plugin is not included in the template. Its a third party plugin from Red Giant software. There are trial versions to download, but they render with a watermark. is there a way to make the end longer – after the reveal. I’d like to make it 16 seconds total. Basically drag out the last few seconds so I can add text. Awesome reveal – thx!
Thanks for purchasing my template! Yes, there are several ways to achive that. The easiest is probably just to creater a new composition with the total length of your intro. Then drag the “RENDER” composition into your new comp. In the timeline you duplicate the RENDER comp. Then move your timeline cursor to to the frame that you want to extend, select the lower composition, right click and select Time>Freeze Frame. Now you can drag the lower comp to the full length of your composition and line up the in point with the out point of the upper comp. The other possible solution would be to extend the duration directly inside the RENDER comp, unhide all layers and extend all layers accordingly in the RENDER comp. You would have to extend the duration of the LOGO and the Floor comps too. I hope that I could help. For further assistence, please send a pm or a mail.
