Looks like it works but it miss some more details in clouds. It’s just a blur between atmosphere and city. And it downloads from Bing maps right?

Hi, I have just installed Earth Zoom Toolkit Pro and tried using it for the first time. I am able to open the extension window and select locations. Once I click ‘download and animate’ AE restarts as explained in the user guide, but there are no maps for any of the locations I selected. At 5 seconds where the first cut occurs the screen goes blank. Please advise how this problem can be fixed. Iam working with After Effects 2021 (18.4.0) using MacOS Big Sur 11.5.2. Thanks!

I installed and used it once but now the Window within After Effects won’t open and I cannot make it uninstall so I can reinstall. Very confusing.

Hello I just installed Earth Zoom Toolkit Pro but I have a problem with the Space controls. Whatever I choose or do in the Effect Controls / Space Controls window, I still get this colorful space where I would like a simple and real dark space. Can you help with this ?

it doesn’t work for me on after effects 2020 on mac, it doesn’t download the data from bing, and I don’t have the pro version of earth zoom toolkit

yes I also purchased installed with installer but I get version 1 ( no pro) and it does not work on after effects 2020 mac please help.

He Mocarg just downloaded and installed the zxp, but is there no template, If I want to uninstall all and reinstall, is there a project file or something, I only get the map v1 windows and it doesn’t do anything, thanks for your help

Just getting familiar with using this very nice tool. One thing I can’t figure out is how to add the points & textholders.

I’ve tried dragging (for instance) TextHolder_1 into the timeline, which works fine. But how do I use the same style as TextHolder_1 in a different location?

Also: Is it possible to re-time the zooming? For instance, is it possible to change the time between zooms?

I just emailed you my problem with the white locations (OS, AE, and coordinate reference). Please reply as soon as possible. I have a very important project to finish with this. Thanks

I want to address some people having problems with white images.

1. Google Images simply doesn’t have the zoom level on certain locations. There’s no way to tell which locations don’t have images for the close ups.

2. Don’t install AE on non-standard location.

3. Follow the PDF Manual every step and DON’T FORGET to allow after effects to use network connection. If this is not turned on you will not be able to download images which will result in white images.

I understand the frustration but please follow the instructions. I just tested it on PC/MAC 2019 and it works.

This is my only item that is controversial since there’s so many 5 stars and 1 stars. Follow the instructions.

If it’s not working I’ts much more helpful to send me your OS/AE version so i can investigate.
