Hi, I purchased the “BASE Transitions and Motion Graphics for Premiere Pro” and “BASE Transitions and Motion Graphics for After Effects” plug-ins from you. It worked fine at first, but now I’m using a transition effect when working in Premiere Pro. The effect appears in the “Timeline” workspace.

However, the “Replace Media” section doesn’t appear in the “Captions and Graphics” page. Therefore, I can’t add “Media” here, and the effect doesn’t work. I’m using a licensed Windows 11 and the latest versions of Adobe products, also licensed. Could you please provide a solution immediately?

The transitions don’t work, and the tutorial videos are for after effect not premier pro, when I drag them onto the timeline it just creates and overlay and when I try to edit that in the graphics window I have to drop the file to it but does not creates a transition between the two clips in the timeline

Hi, I can insert some elements, but not all. It works with titles, but if I insert a ‘Color Grading’ or ‘Effects&Overlays’ it’s stopps during applying (20%) and lets the layer elements locked and the Atom folder with many subfolders, but no content. No difference if I drag& drop or double click. I updated to 3.0.8 hoping to resolve, but there is no change. I use Mac OS X 13.6 with Premiere Pro 23.6.0. I had been using Atomx for a long time. After updating to the last version Premiere Pro Atomx stopped working. I am using Mac Studio (m1 Ultra) When I drag and drop the effect, it processes but there are no changes. It doesn’t show any error message either. I am using a MacBook Pro; 32 GB of RAM, and Premiere Pro 2023, just updated from Creative Cloud three days ago.

I loved this extension when I bought it, now transitions won’t work anymore, either the new or old transitions they don’t work . I followed along with the video help that is given with this package but nothing seems to fix the issue. It’s very disappointed. From 5 Stars now it went down to 1 Star. I won’t recommend this extension, it is a pain and you waste too much time trying to make it work.
