Hello! I LOVE the plugin, but have the same problem as the customer below. Links are broken. I wanted to check out the 3D Particles Gallery, but can’t open the link. I’m from the US. The page says “Error 403 Forbidden.” Is the source blocked in the USA? I don’t use VPN, and my IP shows the right location. Thanks.

It seems you might have issues with Vimeo actually in your country. You can download all the tutorials, there is a link in the Video Tutorial folder og VoluMax 
I can not see particles after activating 3D particle and only see the dust effect only, when I change to leaf or confetti or rain, its only shows white dust or white particles and I using a MacBook Pro M3 and Aftereffect 2025 version, Why its doesn’t work? Can you reply ASAP coz I am working on a tight deadline using this template. Thanks
Hello and thank you for your purchase. I just tested on latest version of After effects. I activated the 3D particles and tested all the presets including leaf or confetti or rain, it works perfectly.

looks like the new versions of Photoshop changed neural filters again so it breaks the AI script.
Doesn’t look like it will need much adjustment as there’s just a single checkbox in the neural depth blur filter for creating a depth map. Seems like a quick update.
If you are using the script now on 2024, just skip the first step in the action, click the export depth map checkbox in the depth blur filter and then run the remaining script as needed.

Thank you for your purchase! Your previous projects using Volumax will remain functional, although they may lack the latest features like particles. The newer versions now include Volumax Projector (for horizon or corridor images) and Volumax AI for quick setup of 3D animations.
All Volumax updates are free, you can now test with Volumax 7
Volumax is a project file and you cannot detect wich version was used, and to be honest there is no need to know that… If you have a license then you can use Volumax 1 to 7 with no restriction.
This is not entirely true. I have tried to seed a volumax project linking it to version 6, but it actually came from version 7, and there were missing files, so it is important which volumax version was used. But if you tell me that it is not possible to detect I will just have to do it through trial and error. Thank you
Yes you have to keep all the original source files. Download Volumax 7 and search for one of the missing files, After effects should find all the other ones.

I need to create a few animated portraits. Should I go for a separate VOLUMAX file for each portrait, or is it doable to gather them all in one file for easier editing?
Hello and thank you for your purchase. You need to separate each portrait animation into an individual .aep project. It would be too heavy to manage if you had several pictures in a single project file, with not much benefit.

The action for Photoshop is no longer working. It inverts the image and turns it blue, but does not create the depth map.
