I would like to eliminate text all together, which i can do by simply deleting the text. However, where can I then time/trim/manipulate, change any of the placeholder footage? I would like to be able to dictate and change each clip, change how long each clip happens etc. I do not see anywhere in your directions, or in the comp itself where to do this.
hello. This is not the modular project? so it is not so easy to chamge the clips, its length etc. Only if you have a good skills in AE. The text you can delete, opening each textholder.
Can I use video and photo/images for this project? Is there a 30 second version of this?

Hello. The text length can`t be edited in easy way, because it is not modular construction.

Hello. If you talk about glitch effect sound may be you have no necessary codecs to play correctly wav files. Or try to reload After Effects or use another version. If you do not success tell me again.
