The PC I’m using is broken. Then I installed aintarillers on another PC, as a result I can’t activate my aintarillers. Please help me solve this problem.
I’m getting this message when launching After Effects:
“Oops, unable to connect to license server. Something is wrong with your After Effects build or your internet connection.”
Because of this, I can’t activate the product and use it. My internet connection is stable, I’ve already tried restarting both the computer and the app, but it didn’t help. Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi. To remove an old version of an AinTrailers Character Assistant plugin, you need to do the following:
01. Go to the folder where the plugin is installed. It depends on the version of After Effects and your operating system (you can see the paths in the installation section).
02. Select all plugin-related script files and "AinTrailers-Assistant" folder. Then remove all selected.
03. After all files are removed, you can do a clean install as described in the section below

In particular, any actions involving character generation or saving presets should be done in the Character Builder while you are trying to save a preset with a single character instance. Trying to activate my licence on a new computer and Iam not able to do this. This is very frustrating as I am the same user. I have different computers at the office and at home and recently I upgraded one of them, now I want to use my licence but I cannot. This is really bad, find a solution ASAP

But just in case, we will also duplicate it here, that presets may not be saved only because After Effects does not have administrative rights. However, you can run our plugin without installation and without having administrative rights with After Effects.

You don’t need to worry about the length of the timeline. Our plugin automatically changes the duration of the main and all internal compositions when the need arises. That is, when applying a new animation at the end of the timeline, the plugin will automatically increase the duration by 30 seconds so that the new animation is applied successfully

1) Go to the character’s single instance 2) Set a time indicator at the end of the timeline 3) Apply any animation except the default pose 4) The timeline will automatically increase. You can check this in the composition settings

I’m having an issue with the aintrailers character assistant, it’s showing me an error pop-up thay says “your license has been deactivated due to multiple activations from various computers”.
I’ve been creating tickets and tickets for this problem for 2 weeks but there is no response. 6 months ago, they (their customer service) were very good who were easily reachable and helpful but now there is a huge silence on their side.
Is there any possibility that they’ve been shutted?
