Hi, sorry for the slow reply. I no longer offer support on these items and as such I rarely check Videohive anymore. The 3D fonts are not editable but the 2D elements are.
Great video. Thanks. Just one question. After render the black arrows that move about in city and country scenes have gone transparent for me. I noticed that the word ‘of’ comes in after town name which it shouldn’t and I’ve noticed its the ‘of’ that comes after ‘working knowledge’ I’m using CS6. Can you advise on how to get rid of this and I assume there must be two copies of ‘of’ which was probably my mistake.

I’m getting some errors with the font bebas. Seems like its a kerning error. AE is not recognizing that font as well. Any thoughts?
Hmm, I haven’t had errors with that font before.
Some maybe silly questions but worth checking if:
a) you have installed the correct version of the font. I believe I used League Gothic on this template.
b) you’re font library isn’t corrupt.

Say man this is pretty stinking AWESOME . Just some quick questions. Since I currently have no videos to place there just yet, can the video portfolio portion be dropped with a simple click and still retain the last parts – come, say, hello, logo? And before rendering… is there a way to render and export the file a lot smaller than Full HD – possibly 480 or smaller – to create a smaller file size!!!

Glad you like the template. Unfortunately a little more is required than a simple click to remove those sections. If you find a way to program a template with clickable on/off switches please let me know!
You can however with a little tweaking simply delete those sections and drag the remaining end content up to fill the gap, or just use some stills, works just as well.
In terms of rendering. I would (and always do) recommend rendering first in full hd then compress in third party software to the size and compression rate you want. Never try to compress your videos in the first render in after effects, it’s not very good at doing so.

Hello, I have an error AFTER EFFECTS ERROR : RAM PREVIEW needs 2 or more frames to playback. I don’t understand for what, because I have more than 2 frames, and this problem appears only on this project. Have you an idea ???
Try clearing the cache or purge all. That shouldn’t be an issue with the project itself.
Can you take the paper texture off the project and just have flat colour?
Yes, it is just one layer that sits on the top of the timeline.
all the footage are not editable. And now what do I do? This free video will not help them editable.
I am sorry you feel mislead by the item description. If you re-read it though you will see that I have quite clearly pointed out that not all text is editable. I unfortunately am unable to give refunds due to the way the marketplace is setup but if you contact support they may be able to help you.
I’ve spend hours looking around over opening files, but none hit the mark just like this one has. Its simply elegant and well crafted. Thank you for making this work available!
