how many image and video placeholders is it possible to add? Is it easy to make the template longer?

I am considering purchasing your wonderful After Effects project “Eye-Catching Volume 1: Energy” since it seems to be exactly what I need, however first of all I have some pre-purchase questions for you:

1. Would it be possible to completely remove all the texts; “Need Energy? Swimming Pleasure. Sauna Hammam. Fashion Style. Season Trend. Fun Party. Sport Vitality. Need more Energy? Top Altitude. Snow Sports.” ?

2. If not, would it be possible to change font? Colour?

3. I assume that it is possible to change to whatever text one wants?

Could you please answer by referring to my question numbers 1 – 3, so that there is no doubt which answer belongs to which question?

How do I open the files to edit? It says unsupported on my computer.
