Thank you for purchasing! I designed this project entirely in After Effects

I upload the video I make to FB but it looks poor quality can you help me? how can I save it from AF to AVI or what do you recommend?

The problem lies within your render settings. If I were you I would render the video as a MP4 (offers great quality for minimal file size).

You can do this by first adding the comp to render queue. Then select “output module” and choose H.264. Doing so, will open a separate window where you can change the render settings. Make sure you have the pixel ratio set to widescreen 16:9, frame rate set to 29.97fps, and the resolution set to 1280×720 (or any size smaller but with the same ratio). Then change the bitrate settings to what ever you like (I usually set the target bitrate to 10 and maximum bitrate to 15). Then select render!
