Hello! The project automatically uses the colors of your logo,so if you want a “multicolor” effect your logo needs to have a lot of color.
It is of the swindle then. I ask you to send me the same conception(design) either to pay off me. It is unusable.
If you cannot send me the same animation with several colors = > refund .

There’s no need to flood the comments section.It is clearly visible in the preview of this project,that it uses the colors of your logo.If you want the multicolor version,add colors to your logo.

Same here, I also got mislead. You need to mention: ATTENTION !!! THIS AFTER EFFECT WILL NOT WORK without: $399.00 + $199.00 plugins. Please install these prior to purchasing.

The plugin requirements are mentioned in the video before each effect,also in the description with links to the plugins and in the information box.
I’m sorry that you are disappointed with the project,but don’t make claims i am misleading you since it’s obviously not my attempt.
I ultimately looked at that and you are right but…you say it yourself, you charged several people to render their work at a rate of $50.00 per render. So you have a nice business going. Get people in at $12.00 then get them for another $50.00 for rendering because, they do not have the tools, without which they would not have purchased the work in the first place. You know this and still you do nothing about it, except for ‘mentioning’ it. Even in the tutorial which I watched carefully before purchasing it does not mention the requirement for the pre-installation of the plugins.
Now, you do really great work-spend a little more time on the disclosure and the work will even be greater. I will not pursue a refund. I will let you have the money-but know it is money not earned in an earnest manner in my opinion.
OK watched the videos. You are correct. My apologies. New to After Effects and Creative Cloud. I guess these will be written off as learning pains. I will look out better in the future in pursuing awesome work too hastily. Got excited too quickly and did not realize that plugin can cost that much money. Sorry about my public outburst. You mean well.

You have to write the description about the particular plugin in red and big. And write about the required plugin is not free. And write the plugins web site in description. Like audio link.
It is not good to see that i have to buy a nearly 300$ dollars plugin to use your project. How can we know that a commercial plugin is required if you did not write?

I can’t say I’m impressed – I have purchased this and on installing I find I have to buy THREE other commercial plugins just to get this to even function! I feel I have completely wasted my money to be honest

Yes but like most buyers I am buying this file as a shortcut and as a novice – I think requiring 2 plugins costing a whopping $600 USD just to make a $10 reveal work is a joke to be honest – and you do not make this clear at all.

I purchased this and it looks brilliant ! I’m really new to videohive let alone after effects. I now realise that I should have read the information or the comments before purchasing. As for the plugins (this is going to sound stupid) – is it only available for macs?

The first effect (Reveal) requires Trapcode Form and the last two require Trapcode Particular.

I know CS5 and earlier the Trial did not come with the plugins. But with CS6 trial all default plugins are included with the trial.
Is the Trapcode a default plugin? Is there a way for me to check what plugins cs6 has?

I realize you need After Effects to edit this. I downloaded AE CS6 as a trial. Here are my questions:
1. Can I use AE CS6 TRIAL to edit?
2. Are there instructions on how to edit AE project files like yours?

This project requires Trapcode Particular plugin.I would suggest you look for / purchase a project that doesn’t require any plugins.
Yes you can use a trial version to edit most of the projects and all my templates come with a video tutorial showing you how to edit them.There is a link to the tutorial in the description so you can take a look before purchasing.
Strangely when I enter my downloads I don’t see the purchase there. The only approval I got is from Paypal. Can it be fixed?
I think you should contact support and get the issue fixed.
While opening the particle reveal template I get a few messages: 1. The project must be converted from 9.0 2. 3 references to missing effects.(“form”) 3. layer dependencies missing: text layer, Helvetica After okaying the screen is opened blank white. What should I do?

The “red x” is a watermark created by the trial version of your Trapcode plugin.
