Hi thank you. You can change or remove it from Bg layer at very bottom of layers list.
Merhaba, eskiden ilk ald???mda logo animasyonu güzel çal???yordu, fakat ?u an logo layer?n? sanki transparan de?ilde içi dolu bir kareymi? gibi görüyor. Son saniyelerde element 3d kullanmad??? için düzgün görünüyor ama element3d hesaplarken, logonun transparan oldu?unu anlayam?yor. Bir çok farkl? logo ile denedim. Sorun ne olabilir acaba? Farkl? bilgisayarlardaki aef lerle de denedim.
Hi there. I have a problem. Ive bought this project and added my logo in it. The Problem is, that there arent any letters which fall down an become the logo itselt. There are one those orange particles that form into the logo afterwards. So there is only the subtext flying from foreground to background. what am i doing wrong?

hi, jeah i installed it. The Letters “EL.GANC.” are just sitting there in the middle on the screen and doing nothing, really weird.
Please try to upgrade to Element 3D 1.5 and notice that if there is any licensing problem you might not be used plugin properly.
I upgraded and its not working.
is there any problem when the first opening and without touching anything ?
it says that the font type is missing, but this could not be the problem
and it says, that it must be converted from version 10.0 (Windows 64) and will open as an untitled project. The original file will be unchanged
You just need to import your png logo to After Effects basically thats all of course you need to Element 3D plugin to open project.
