Hello, it doesn’t work. I use screenflow and the background is not transparent as shown in the demo so it’s useless to me.
How to solve the problem ? If it’s not transparent i want a refund, because it’s not what i paid for.

First of all, every file before being uploaded is reviewed by the Envato team. Everything described in the content of the file MUST exist, otherwise the file is rejected. So, as you can understand, Alpha channel exists and “background” is transparent (meaning as background: the space revealed by the hand). The item is a QuickTime WITH Alpha channel. I do not know how “screenflow” works. It’s possible that you import the file without Alpha, and this is the source of your problem. You must import the file WITH Alpha channel. If the problem insists and you cannot find a solution, ask your money back from the Envato support. However, I have to repeat that the file is 100% correct and exactly what is shown at the preview video.
I bought many other overlays with alpha channel from videohive and never had any problem they all worked in screenflow except with that one… So that one has probably something different. I don’t know what but something is different somewhere….
I checked once more the file, by downloading it straight from videohive, and everything is alright. Also, many others, 45 people including you, have purchased the item and did not mention any problem. I really do not know what is causing what you refer. Try to download it again, in case sth went wrong in the process of downloading. Don’t forget to import the file “with Alpha channel”. Otherwise, I really do not know to what this may be due.
Hello, i was using Screenflow 4.0.1 and i tryed with the last one 4.0.5 and it works. Why? no idea but it seems that there was an Alpha Channel problem…
