Hi, I am having an issue. In the placeholder 2, I have placed a video of about 13 seconds. But when I am rendering it, the placeholder 3 video starts displaying. Any idea on how to fix it.

Hello, awesome! simply awesome.
But… I have so far just one issue. It is saying the WeldingFlare.mov & Welding.wav are corrupt. I am not sure what to do to fix this.

fyi… I just installed Quicktime. Still not working.
Hey there, I’m very sorry for the inconvenience. This happens sometimes, but the files are definitely not corrupted. Please also check if your After Effects are up to date, also if you’re using the latest version of Quicktime and you have all codecs installed. Try downloading this codec-pack: http://www.free-codecs.com/download_soft.php?d=7604&s=775&r= ...I hope this will help you. Cheers -Jakub

There are 2 part to show the logo but currently both is taking file from the same source.
Can I use different logo at the first part, then use another one at the end part.
Please advise me on how to do this.

Hey there! This could be a problem with missing codecs. Please download the latest update of Quicktime player (http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/) and also some codecpack (http://www.free-codecs.com/k_lite_codec_pack_download.htm)

Are the text effects / transitions editable? I like your V2 of this promo, but I like the text and transitions of V1. Do I have to use the ‘wave like’ text effects?
Everything is editable, but it requires some After Effects skills. It would be pretty difficult to get rid of all the effects…

Hi I purchased this license, and unfortunatelly there seems to be a missing part in the clip – “WeldingFlare.mov” is missing. How can I fix it please?
Hey there, I have just tried to download it from VideoHive and I can normally see all the files. Please try to download the ZIP archive again, decompress ALL the files into one folder and run the .aep file again. I’m sorry for your troubles, hopefully this will help Cheers -Jakub

Nice template – only thing that doesn’t work for me is the font as it doesn’t contain scandinavian characters. Could you suggest another font for this project?
Yeah, special characters can be an issue…I’m sorry for that. Try searching a font on http://www.fontsquirrel.com/ or http://www.dafont.com/ but I really don’t know which font supports your special characters…
I bought a few AE-templates on VH and this is the first time this problem occurs to me, but maybe it was pure luck.
I’m sorry for that. It all depends on font used (some fonts just only have English alphabet). I just love this one but didn’t really think of problems with special characters. Please accept my apology.
