Yes, you’re right. You get the template. Simply import your photos or videos into the project, add it into the composition in right order, make some final customization (edit texts, disable some effects like color correction, film burns and other) and then render final video.
And, ofcourse you can change number of slides in the project, so if the preview duration is not enough for you – just add more or delete unnescessary ones

Unfortunately, no. But you can export final video from After Effects and then import it to FCP.

Hi, juryk. Unfortunately, no. You can only prepare all in After Effects and then import finished videofile or image sequence into FCP
Oh okay, as long as I edited the details/text in AE I could export as a video file? I think that would still work fine.

Hey, thanks! You can use maximum 75 photos. But if you know After Effects basics you can easy add as many placeholders as you need.
