How to remove the effect? I want all my photos in color
Hello. You can do it only manually. Go to composition “Render me” – “Main” – “Photo Block1” and find all layers named “Frames”. Switch off all Tint and CC toner effects on these layers.
Hi, I received an error that says “Old_film_look.mov cannot be imported – this .mov file is damaged or unsupported. Same error for Scratch_matte2.mov. Can you please help resolve or refund? thank you.
Hello. This is very common problem. With similar errors, the following things usually help: 1. Try to reload After effects. It usualy help. 2. Try to reinstall Quick Time: https://support.apple.com/en_US/downloads/quicktime 3. Install K-Lite Codec Pack. Waiting for your answer.
