Could someone help me! I just bought the product, however it says that i’m missing like 33 files.. What should I do? No matter what template file I open, plugin or not, it says that so many files are missing.. Can someone help me please..

Don’t worry, I figured it out. To others with this problem: manually replace one of the files missing by searching for it in the Footage folder and after effects will automatically find the rest. Thanks anyway

Hey, this is an awesome AE Template, I really like it! Quick question though.
Is it possible to do a 4k or Quad HD version of this, I mainly work in 4k or QHD !
It seems like its all scalable I’m just unsure how I would do it, or if its possible at this point!

You can scale it but it can be a little complicated… It is a difficult question because it is not prepare to do it.
Is there some way you can do it and then send the scaled version to me, I’m using the plugin version, and the clean one!

Hi, I have a little problem. I change all the text, it’s ok but my logo (png) it’s on the preview but not on the final footage it’s the same with my video. with the preview ok, and nothing with the final footage. It’s the format? what’s wrong?
