I doubt the current font would support those specific characters, but if you use font that has those characters – there is nothing in the project file itself that could limit the ability to display them.

I usually suggest VLC player. It support the widest range of formats, it’s free and works on win and mac. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

You just change the Master hue value for the text. Stopwatch has to be switched on for Channel Range, because there are no way to add keyframes to actual Master hue wheel, but when you add them to Channel Range – hey are changed by Master hue. Every thing you change (form or color-vise) in the text or logo comp (Text1, Text2, Text3, Logo) will show up in final comp, because only the 3d effects and lighting effect are added there. everything else is taken from those original comps. If it’s still not working – send me the project file that you’re working on and I’ll look into it.

yeas, please do send me a screenshot and also project itself. Haven’t heard anything like that before, but I’ll look into this to see what is happening.

It’s the Lens flare layer that makes that black background. Open “Animations comp” form “Other comps” folder and switch off the visibility for Layer nr 22 “Lens Flare”.

That is black layer, with lens flare plugin applied to it and transfer mode switched to Add. As long as you have something in background the Add blending mode makes sure only the lens flare is visible and all that is black (dark) becomes transparent. When you remove background – there is nothing to blend the black with so you see the black.

By doing the above mentioned you’ll loose some tiny part of visual effects (lens flare) but you’ll be able to render this out with an alpha channel.
