This is correct. The standard license allows you to create one end-product, in your case an intro animation. You can use this intro on multiple videos on your channel.

Thanks for your purchase. If you use Plexus 3, you need to import the Sphere.obj to your After Effects project and then drag it into the “MAIN” composition. Just place it on the bottom of the composition. Then select the “Plexus Sphere” layer, open the “Plexus OBJ Object” tab, and specify the “OBJ Layer”. If this does not work, please send a mail.

There are several ways, depending what you want to slow down. You could slow down the rotations (y rotation values on the plexus layers and the insert motion control layers). You could also lower the noise evolution on the plexus layers to slow down the particles and lines. You could slow down the whole animation by precomposing it and using the time remapping effect to change the duration. I also offer customization services if needed.

First of all, please make sure that you have the required version of Plexus installed on your system v2.08 or above. If you have the right version, please select the “Plexus Sphere” layer and take a look at your “Effect Controls” window. There you should find the “Plexus OBJ Object” with an import tab. If this didn´t help, please send me a screenshot of the effect controls of that layer through mail and I will see what I can do.

Sure, it is possible. You basically just have to change the rotation animation and extend all layers accordingly. Of course you have to shift all layers accordingly too. If you are not able to do it yourself, I do offer customization services – for further information, please send me an email.

Please don´t post general plexus questions in the comments of a videohive item. Your posting creates an impression that this problem is related to the item, which it isn´t, because there is no textured sprite used in this template. If you have general questions about Plexus, I am willing to help you if you write me a personal message, but not in the item comment section.

Well, the only way to achieve that would be to use the beams renderer inside plexus. But I´m honestly not sure how to do it exactly. Maybe you can get some help here: http://forums.creativecow.net/thread/2/1048060

Thanks for your support. I guess that you want to add two additional scenes with titles, not just titles into the existing scenes, right? There are two ways to do that: duplicate two of the existing scenes with all according layers and playceholders and extend the duration of the whole animation. This is a bit of an effort, depending on your After Effects skills. The easier way would be to render out one scenes with two different titels and just edit the rendered video together after wards. I hope that I could help. If you need further assistence, please write me a personal message.

I ‘m very sorry, but it´s the first time that I’ve heard about that issue. I´m working on PC, so i cannot really recreate the situation. I can open the file with CS6 without any problems. Do you have videocopilots optical flares installed? Maybe it´s not plexus that causes the problem. The red cross is the watermark from the Plexus plugin. Maybe you didn´t enter your registration key correctly or you have some other problem with the registration. If you can´t solve the problem please contact Plexus support, because I cannot help you with registration problems from Plexus. I guess that your problem is, that plexus maybe changed Depth of Field settings. Please select the “Plexus Sphere” layer and take a look at the “Plexus” effect. There should be a “Depth of Field” control. This should be set to “Camera Settings”. Do the same with tthe “Plexus Logo” layer. If that doesn´t solve the probelm, please make a screen shot from these plexus settings and send to me.
