This is an interesting job!! seen a good professional hand !! good luck and many many sales!
I love your work! I have a question for you. I purchased this wonderful piece and as it was uploading on AE, it warned me that it is missing 31 files, and the project is locked so i won’t be able to save it. It was also converted from Windows 9.0 as well. I uploaded the pre-rendered version, there is no footage, but I found it in a separate folder and it will not let me upload it that either! I viewed your instructions and so to my conclusion, I really need your help and guidance regarding this delicate matter. Thank you, and I look forward to speaking with you.
Kindest Regards, BonViivantMD
Hello BonViivantMD! Thank you for your purchase! No there is no way to lock an AE project. From what you describe I beleive two steps can help: 1. Redownload from www.videohive.net/downloads the project. Unzip the whole file as is (Do not take away the .aep file from the “footages” folder). Then open the project from it’s (new) location. 2. Sometimes if you have a corrupted Quicktime installation it can give “missing media” errors. Google “download quicktime” and reinstall it.
This should fix the errors, but if not, send me a message from my profile page: www.videohive.net/user/steve314 (contact form bottom right)
Let me know how this worked out!
Best regards, Steve
