When I opened the template I’m getting the error message: Missing Models: Models/Primitives/sphere_HD.obj I have Element 3D V2 and I’m wondering if it’s the wrong one. I sent you a message but haven’t heard back

Hi I am having issues with the files; at first it worked but when I try to open the project now it says “Element has encountered an unrecoverable error” I suspect it might be a problem of compatibility with different versions of After Effects Could you possibly save the files for After Effects version 16.1.2? Thank you
Hi Mondocrypto, can you please contat me through my profile page so I can assist you better. latest verison of E3D is workign with CC2019 so I don’t think this is the reason. Did you try updating the GPU drivers ?

Hi Jeff00767 , you don’t need Cinema 4d , what you need is After Effects with VCP Element Installed

Hi NicMacTech , yes you can but you have to extrude your logo and put it on the Group that now is taken from the globe

hi viniborges, yes you can change the colors, but there is no global color control, so you need some skills in AE to do it
