Hi, unfortunately, I don’t see any ways to make render faster by resizing. What you can try to do is to delete shadows composition. That will definately help, however, you’ll lost a bit of a good look.

Hi, the plane object is the Element 3D native object. If there’s no plane object, contact element 3D support or check that you have up to date version of E3D. Thank you.

If your Element 3D doesn’t have the relink button, I suggest to contact E3D support as I’m not a developer of E3D and can’t tell you why there’s no such a button. Thank you.

From the picture you’ve provided I see that you don’t have a video graphics card. Element 3D requires a decent graphics card to work. Probably that causes the issue. As for missing pages, you have to relink files. From all those pictures you provided I see that you’ve done it right. If it still doesn’t work – contact element 3D support as it’s the issue with plugin, not with the project.

Good day! I am having a problem in linking the file. vera in the attached image that when I find the aquivo the folder it does not recognize. What can I do?

The problem this customer had is about different directory path after copying files to your computer. The solution is relinking files in E3D. In support tab of this project there’s already a picture showing how to fix that step by step. Anyway, the customer asked and I sent him that picture. He answered me that he didn’t get automatic popup window from E3D to relink files. I advised to open it through “File” menu. I didn’t expect him not to know where is “File” menu as it’s obvious. Before buying AE templates, make sure that you know how to use a PC and AE.

This is exactly the kind of thing I mean about the communication and the bad attitude of this seller. Of course I know where the file menu is – in fact, I’ve bought many AE templates and used them to great effect. In fact, I sell my own Adobe CC templates on Creative Market. This seller has badly communicated, saying “relink through the file menu.” errrr….thanks very much, but what menu option UNDER file menu? Only after I posted this complaint did he follow up with an email saying, “then you click the relink scene files.”

By the way, it still didn’t work. I had to figure it out myself. You need an additional plugin call Trapcode Form (for some versions of Adobe), and import the .obj files via Form.

After I figured this out I was so tried, that I just paid someone $140 to make it for me. WHICH by the way the seller said he would do for $300, even though in this project he said he would do it of $50 if you buy it. You’ll notice he has now conveniently changed it to $300, when I pointed it out. Whoops. Too late, I already bought it.

Like I said, I wouldn’t deal with this seller again – I advise buyers to exercise caution.

There’s the only option with the word “relink” under FIle menu. But of course it’s “hard” to notice. Good luck

I don’t really understand the question. If you are trying to say that when you put your image on page 11 it duplicates the same picture to page 12 then I checked the project and everything works fine. I need more imformation to help you. Screenshots, e.t.c.

Hi, unfortunately the project has fixed number of pages. However, you can render the same page twice with different picture on it. You can change camera movement to make it look different and edit the video in the end. Thanks.

Hi, unfortunately you can’t change the number of pages, but you can edit it and skip some if you want. This project was created in after effects CS6

At the moment it says nothing is missing…However I bought Element v2 2 days ago, when I first tried to load the template it said plane.obj was missing. I couldnt find that file anywhere, and read your responses previously here about that issue. So I created a plane.obj file in blender, made a folder called primitives and dropped it in there. Is it possible that this plane.obj file needs some attributes to allow your BG to react in the way it does?

No, this plane.obj is a standard element 3d object. May be this issue is about new element 3D version. In my project I used element 3D V1.6 In any case try this: highligth the layer with missing plane, open element 3d setting and find standard primitives, then choose the plane oblect.

Hi, unfortunately I’m not familiar with this format. It works with any graphic file that adobe after effects will accept. Mainly, you can use jpg to place it in pages placeholders.

Hi, thank you for purchasing the project. I’m not a creator of Element 3D to answer such a question. My PC is slightly more powerful, however it takes about 5 hours to render it.

Hi, excuse mo for the late answer, wasn’t avaliable. The only way is to use time remapping that was applyed to the magazine composition. To make pauses you need to make a keyframe at the point you need pause to start, then shift all keyframes that are in front to the point where you want this pause to end, and paste the same keyframe.

Try to render the project in 25p and then render the video in 24p. Or you can play with timeremapping keyframes on these layers. Timeremapping is causing this problem sometimes, changing position of this keyframes on timeline will help.
