I purchased this theme but didn’t realize I needed the plugins. Can you help me to customize?

What can I do? Do you refund? Do you send the plugins? Please help me as soon as you can, thank you
Hi Animalgiestal, it’s clearly stated, that this project is build using those plugins. There is also pre-rendered version but still is required Element 3D v1. I do not send plugins because they are not mine and they needs to be purchased separately. Refunds are not eligible using this kind of reasons. This template is crap. I can’t open this is CS6 and it has 37 effect missing effects. I have ELEMENT 3D PLUGIN. I checked closer and it needs V1. of Element 3D what a bunch of crap. This template should be pulled. It is using Plugins that aren’t even being support any more. I want a refund.
Great template. I need some help with just keeping the editable letters on the page for longer with the just the pre-rendered confetti particles and lights on the screen. How do you control the text movement, is it the element 3D settings or the camera? Do I tweak the individual values or is there a more elegant way? Sorry I’m no AE expert (yet) so some pointers please!
Hi Charlie, my client choose this template fro their club promo for me to edit for them and I just perchased and downloaded it. But like all the other’s I am on AE CC and lack the particle , ellement and opticle flare plugin. Any suggestions to get the baby runing would be welcome.

I have it all working except the text it seems like I am missing a lighting effect all the text is dark
i need to be more precise. the titles that appear in a beautiful gold are just back shadows. perhaps you could let me know how to resolve that please. everything else is great
lol once again i have amazed my self with my own talent. The problem was in the settings of element 3d effects output. it was set to set to composite and needed to be illuminated. If I have got this wrong let me know
back to the head scratching. The setting for out put are different in the pre render project to the main file. I can get it to work on pre render but not the original project since the out put settings have less options in the original file. I can work with that but I would like to understand what is happening if I can.

Hi! Can I get pre-rendered file too? Just bought it yesterday.
Hi. Thank you for purchasing my template but there is no pre-rendered files in this template because everything is stringed with camera moves and 3D letters (Element 3D). Thats why there is no pre-rendered project in offer.
the problem is when I open the project, all system (MAC Yosemite) get frozen. So I can’t even edit it. It doesn’t happen with other projects. At the beginning it says something about “convert from Windows format” May be you have updated version of this project or something. It’s just frustrating

Hi, when I open the project I have : Element 3d detected missing file
Hi MS13, just click browse button on pop up Element 3D window, browse to the file where you extracted from zip file and click relink and thats it! It’s common thing on every AE template on VideoHive with Element 3D plugin. Everything works but that’s just how things works with this kind of projects.

Charlie, just a word of advice, although you list it make it bold and plain that your project REQUIRES the plug-ins that you used. You would also serve your customers to offer pre-composed versions for those of us (Like me) who do not have trapcode, element, and optical flares. Touché to you for your 142 sales of this project.

Man, I have issues with stars. Maybe stars was projected for Cinema 3D and not working in my AE CS6. I tried to render other stars, but was horrible. Can you send me the stars for AE, with pre-render or other way for easy include the stars in project? Or any video help explain how to put the correct texture in stars… Thank you!

The Edit This Text doesnt apply to the main headers such as The Show, Best Auditions only other text (Michael Buble etc) that we have found ok but cannot find the main intro texts to change, (very frustrating)

Hi theres only 3 text layers in there and 3 add video/picture in there and the 3 text files are not related to what we need to change, these are the text layers for Katie Perry etc, so not in this folder
We need to change the text for The Show, Best Auditions etc which we cannot locate anywhere??

As I said, look in comp 2, comp 5, comp 7 etc. Not in comp 3,4 and 6. You have in those which you want to change text, text layers named edit this text. Im not by the computer right now but i already told you the instructions and you have contact form on my profile page.

where the text layers are in these comps we get sqaure colours instead of text, just so you know what we see before you email me

Just open the compa with the animation scenes and edit text layer who are named EDIT THIS TEXT. Thats all, thank you for purchasing my project.
whats the compa file called? because all we see is coloured layers with zero text, which file is it in? (Comps, Master or Work Comps?
