Hi, i really need it immediately today, or it will no longer be used, hope you can send it as soon as possible. If we cant use it we will need to ask for a refound because in description it says “Full HD 1920×1080 and 1280×720” and we didn’t get it. I purchase this yesterday and i have plexus 3.0.10,a nd all other needed plugins. I am using a Mac, OS Yosemite, with A.E. 15. noticed this is a windows file. When i open the A.E. i get the error : AEGP Plugin plextar: the following file doesnt exist, hence cannot be imported. E:/plateauPacks/videohive/tronplanet/obj/geosphere.obj (5027::12)
I have missing parts of the comp due to this, the Plexus triangle/polygonal portions of the comp are missing and the design look that i saw in preview.
When i open the download folder, i see 2 files in a folder named OBJ, named Goesphere.obj, however they are black EXEC icons.
How do i fix this? please help, need to fix this asap. today. my email is westanimations@gmail.comthanks

Hello I purchased this and unfortunately it give me the following error “The project contains 218 references. (“Particular”, “form”, Plexus toolkit”, “Plexus OBJ Object”, “Plexus Container”, “Plexus Points Render, etc) ” How can i resolve this issue.
And if this possible can I have a rendered version of the videos in blue like the preview.

I purchased this and have all the latest plugins needed. But the Plexus doesn’t seem to be working. I don’t see the grid-type plexus sphere shown in the demo. Am I missing something? Using the AE CC 2015
