Yes you can do both (actually you can edit the camera movement as you like, but since can be a bit tricky….. if you go for the file i can make for you a small tutorial of “how to” do all the changes that you will need.

Again I apologize for bombarding you with all the comments but I’m finding stuff out as they go. Anyways I looked up alternatives for After Effects and I believe I found some other programs, but when I go to upload the file, its saying that it’s corrupt. My Mcfee software quarantined the virus so what I did was delete the files and tried downloading them again just to make sure it was not the files. Now it’s saying Failed-Network error. 
I did not understand what you meant when you said after effects until I purchased this and it would not open. Do this project need Adobe after effects? Because I don’t have Adobe is their an alternative program that is free that I can use for this project?
