Happy New Year, I am using After Effects 2020 when I open project with plugins I receive message that missing items, and sorry to tell you the tutorial is not so clear for a beginner like me, so I couldn’t understand it. Anyway good job.

No worries, we can help You. It seam You extract Your archive not correct way. Please select one folder on Your hard drive. Name it “template” for example, and extract all files inside this folder. Also please drop us email (on video@fvs.lv )with print screen from Your After Effects window with missing files. It will help us faster understand where is the problem. Thank You. or add to .zip file already rendered .mp4 file without 2015 at the end It will be usable every year.

Thanks for the prompt reply! I am quite new in this so i am going to ask you some stupid questions here;
- can the file be played like normal movie file? As we plan to buy this for the new years eve party for our guests. Or do we require any extra program to play it? (I know nothing about this *.aep file at all)
- background music is not really necessary- the sound effect should be sufficient as we are having the DJ to take care of that.
- if i send you our logo, will there be any extra charges applied or all inclusive in the price.
- would i be receiving the file by Tuesday at the latest? I can rehearse to make sure all is ok.
