I have a problem and it is that it goes out for me in ultraviolet, the presets of color does not change me and I am meeting the tutorial, it is necessary to install this preset
This is the first project, that i can’t make work. Changed the color preset to 0, it’s still purple. Added my assets and dragged them into the placeholders (after removing the “DELETE ME” layers) and can’t see my assets in the final video.
I had to run expressionuniversalizer on first start. Maybe, this is the issue?
Correction: If you look closely, you can see my asset. But because of the color preset, you just see some schemes. Regardless of what is set as preset, it’s always purple.
Are you using english version of after effects?
No. That’s why i ran expressionuniversalizer.

As you can see, this isn’t even close to your demo. But regardless of what i set, it remains unchanged.
All mov-assets are broken. Just FYI.

new install of AE [up to date] this is the only project that crashes error: while invoking rendering plug-in “classic3D” & a couple others?

This is not my first project to purchase and since it doesn’t work I think a refund is in order. I would be willing to try a clean project file less the video to see if that works but if not I want a refund.
Well, it passed review process. And, other 30 or so people didn’t have this problem. As I said, I don’t know why you’re having this issue. I must ask again, did you contact Adobe support?
I’ve purchased more than a dozen and they all work. I don’t have time to chase your project issues. Just issue my account a refund.
I’m sorry to hear that you have problems. I assure you that I didn’t have any problems when creating the project. Nor did 34 other people that purchased it. After all, it couldn’t have passed trough strict review process here on videohive and if the project had any errors inside, it just wouldn’t be approved.
this is why an elite author such as yourself has a rating of 3.25 on this project cause everyone is happy? whatever you need to tell yourself either it works or it doesn’t and this project does not work crashes on render…

Beautiful composition thanks! One question, when rendering with multiprocessing, we get ‘incompatible effect, multiprocessing disabled’. Can’t seem to find the effect that’s causing the problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again!
Well, the problem is that multiprocessing doesn’t support some of the effects like lens blur and similar. Some of the presets I included in the project might have some incompatible effects. Tell me which preset you’re using and I will check it out. Thanks!!
I have tried rendering with the “Youtube/Vimeo 25fps” comp and the “Full HD – 25fps” and still multiprocessing is disabled. Thanks again.

The problem is because your version of After Effects is not english, and the expressions inside are written in english. But don’t worry, there is a great script which solves that problem: http://aescripts.com/expressionuniversalizer – when you get it, just follow the instructions. Done Script instaled and it seems ok. But when i import a video file on placeholder 1 and when i go to main comp i have a ultraviolet result :-/
