Hi TranSMaxX, nice project file! I have AE CC2014 with Element 3D 2.0 and it works perfectly fine. To people who may be worrying, I just had to relink the .Obj file and that’s it. Very easy to edit and change the camera angle, etc.
I only have 1 question… is it possible to make the shadow less strong? The black is really overpowering at the moment. Thanks a lot for all your time and support. Looking forward to hearing back from you soon. Cheers!

Oh never mind, I just had to set the Illumination Texture to the Custom Layer (with my design) and adjust the Intensity level to how I wanted.
On another note, how would I be able to increase the height of my flag? For example, if I wanted a vertical banner?

I relinked as you mentioned, but I am not getting my custom flag design. I can see the 3d flag but it’s white. How do I get my custom flag to show up?

I have After Effects CC (2015) and Element 3D 1.6.3. It looks like I’m having the same problem as fabriciomontelo. The project opens up just fine with no errors, but the flag is not visible.
Was this resolved?
I was able to resolve the issue.
I highlighted each layer (main flag 2, fabric texture, and main flag), opened the Scene Setup for Element 3D, then from the File menu I selected “Relink Scene Files” and pointed the dialog toward the “obj” folder.
Despite the prompt saying that no files were relinked, it seemed to have jarred everything in place.

Is not working with E3D V2. I get a lot of black shadow!

But i know that version 2 is more physical realism. This is the main difference from 1.6 version and i can assume to adjust shade u must adjust settings light source.
I did try, did not help.
try turn off all the lights. this is just my guess, because (repeat) i don use elements3d v2. and if the second version does not understand first that Andy Kramer really surprises me.
It does not work in V2 at all. Whatever settings you change in the E3D, you will not see anything change.
I think it is necessary that you write that Universal 3D Flag does not support V2, so that people like me do not have to spend money on something that does not work.
I check it e3d v2 right now. It is work. Somthg wrong on ur side
