Hi, thank you for your message. Yes the time of scene 4 is 4.22 seconds. The time for each scene is pre-set and cannot be made longer, as this will loose the animation, style, etc. The times range from 4 seconds (for the short scenes), to 10 seconds for the longer scenes.
