I have the latest version of After Effects CC. It says the .mov videos are unsupported or damaged. I cannot view them for more than a second or two in any player. This occurs even after re-downloading. Are your files up to date with the latest After Effects version? As of right now, this purchase is completely useless to me.

I have CC 2015. If this product is not compatible with 2015, it should be indicated somewhere in the description. Regardless of the Adobe version, I should be able to play the clips through a media player on my computer. I don’t know what players you tried, but the files do not work in Quicktime, VLC, or the Windows 10 media player on my PC (all up-to-date versions). Sent you the screenshots.
