There are 2 project files: The 1st one is called Motion Shapes – as you said: it is a project file with all different elements as individual comps.. http://i.imgur.com/bfSpKvj.jpg

and the 2nd project file is called: Motion Shapes – Videohive Preview – the project of the video preview / presentation… with those 3D elements (cube, sphere etc.) http://i.imgur.com/legNpLL.jpg
