hi, is it compatible with adobe after effect cc 2018 because when i open it, it says its missing few things and it doesnt play back well because of the missing plugin and stuff …

hi, so, at first when i try to open it i get this message: This project must be converted from the version 11.0 (windows 64). Then i press OK.
Then i get this message: After Effects error: Source file has no importable streams. Please check that it is a valid video/audio file. ( 86 :: 1 )
I press OK
Then i get: After Effects error: file ‘lighting.mov’ cannot be imported — this ‘MooV’ file is damaged or unsupported.
i click OK
and: After Effects warning: This project contains a reference to a missing effect. Please install the following effect to restore this reference.
“Lens Blur”
i click OK
and i finally get this: After Effects warning: 1 file is missing since you last saved this project.
once the project open, it doesn’t play well and many stuff are missing
So yeah, it can’t play well when one of the overlay layers are not shown properly. I will update the project to be ready for 2018 AE version. Thanks for letting me know. Once the project will be updated you will have to download it once again. Cheers

hi, thanks for buying Try to change some settings inside “contrast&colors” layer. In case you don`t want those color changes you can turn off this layer to avoid any color changes. regards,
Thank you, I tried it, but it changes the whole layer. Can somehow eliminate the logo from the color change? As it is in demo? Thank you for the help.

When I open the project, there is an error message regarding the “mov”-files. cannot import xy.mov (6scenea etc), this mov file is damaged or unsupported…
hi, you need to install Quicktime player [because those video files are encoded with png+alpha codec which is hold by quicktime] here is a link for a download : https://support.apple.com/kb/DL837?locale=en_US . Hope that helps!
Hi! There is a problem! The leaf in render video has a dark shadow outside,the final effect is not like the preview! Can you update a new one? Or a plugin version is better?
Hi, please send me a print screen of the bug and explain more in details what is wrong. The project was tested in all ways so you should get the result as you see in a preview. And this is the first complaint from a client with a problem for this project.

Prepurchase question. Can this be extended to say 4 minutes?
Default duration for this video is 30sec, But if you have simple experience in working with after effects – you can extend duration very easily by duplicating scenes. Or, if you need help in doing this i would be happy to help you
