Hi Thanks for sending the screenshots! It looks like the footage got disconnected after the download. You can easily reconnect the footage by:

1. Right-click on one of the hand videos in the Other Comps > Hands >Hand Images/Videos > Images/Videos folder
2. Choose Replace Footage > File
3. Select the video with the same name in the Other Comps > Hands >Hand Images/Videos > Images/Videos folder of the Kinetic Whiteboard download folder, and click Open/Ok to reconnect all the missing hand videos.

I”m using this on a Mac. Getting weird yellow bars over the white background in the playback of the twirling fingers video. Thoughts? It’s only on one frame towards the end.

I just bout and the hand files are missing getting message that 13 files are missing.
Hi, The hand files must have gotten disconnected, but it is a quick fix.
You just need to reconnect the footage.
Inside of AE find the hand footage files in the “Other Comps” folder and right click on one of the files, then choose Replace Footage > File. Next, select the matching .mov file in the Footage folder of the download folder, and all the rest should reconnect.

Hello I had purchased this template recently along with others all of which have been downloaded and working fine but your template is about 1 gb and after sometime the file gets stuck during the download. I have tried everything from turning off the antivirus to clearing cache of all browsers still I am unable to download it. I do not use download managers to download. Could you please provide me a dropbox link to my email of this file that could be downloaded ???

Thinking of purchasing this, but and a very big but, I am using AE CS5.5 and am not upgrading to CS6 any time soon. Will I have any problems? some previous customers mentioned the CS5.5 issue before.

Your download is over 1GB, not the 45.6 mb shown in the info page. Please correct that. I also do not want to download a video that I can render myself if I need to. Please consider making an alternate package available that does not include the video.

If that’s not the problem, you may need to reconnect the the .mov files in AE with the matching .mov files in the download folder.

1. Open the Main Comp or Second Comp and turn off the visibility of the layer you want to delete. http://bit.ly/1ymjRvl
2. Shift + Select all the slide layers that come after that point along with the Fade Out layer and move them forward until you reach the beginning of the layer you removed http://bit.ly/1J3O3yW
3. Choose Composition > Composition Settings from the top menu and reduce the duration or shorten the work area before rendering. http://bit.ly/1J3Ool2 or http://bit.ly/1xRvDck

When i open in after effects it says “13 files are missing since you last saved this project” And the comps do not show properly at all as they are missing things.

Trust me I’ve thought about making the videos available only online to reduce file size. But I have a feeling some buyers will not like that either. My other question is: Is it possible to add a second “color text”? I want to use Green, Blue and Black Colors, but the system doesn’t allow to change the color of the text 
Yes it is possible. You just need to disable the effects that control the color. Just select the text layer you want to change, press U on the keyboard and click on the = sign under the Fill effect. Then click in the color box for the Fill effect and change the color to whatever you want. Please let me know if you have more questions.
