First off, really fun and colorful project! I could, however, use some additional insights. I’m trying to use the individual segments as title screens (like chapter headings) and am having difficulty isolating individual comps. I see that you are using Nulls to drive your cameras etc. Could you possible expand your tutorials to give a bit more detail into your work-flow. Specifically, how best to lift one or two of the segments into their own comp. Thanks, Jim
Hi, if you would like to use one scene segment with brushes, you can duplicate whole composition with this segment, then delete all layers that you dont need except nulls and camera. And change null animation how you need it.

Ultimately that’s exactly what I ended up doing. Today I’ll work on adjusting the timing. I’m assuming that can be done via the keyframe in camera/null. I have enjoyed, and will undoubtedly lean much from the deconstruction of these projects, my only issue is that typically one buys templates to save time. Hello I’m having trouble with the AE project. I life it in AE CS6 and get the message that many “File not found” error exist with the Brush_ assets.
This makes the project un-usable.
What do you suggest. Im at a stand still here.

UPDATE: Looks like the project didn’t like the hard drive I was opening it from. I have moved the project to a new hard drive and its working fine now. Sorry for the false positive

Hi Richard, I’m glad that everything all right now! Anyway you can always select missing footage, right click and choose replace footage.
Hello, cool template. There is one problem though. I think that the expressions are not universalized. So I can’t properly use it on a non-english after effect. I have endless messages of error when I open it.

I managed to open it on a english version of AE. But for other users that can’t, I guess you can use the script “ExpressionUniversalizer 2”.
