Hi! As all water color elements are prerendered video files, the easiest way to control the colors of them is to apply the Hue & Saturation effect and by changing the Master Hue value.

The thickness of the elements is not automated in this project. However the result can be achieved by applying the Offset Path operator under the Shape Layer controls (can be applied only for vector elements). If you still have any question please do not hesitate to get in touch with me!
