Hello. I’ve purchased your product and I’m having difficulty with replacing text with png logo in AE. Instead of a logo I see white or yellow square (the same size as the logo). Not sure what to do
Found a solution. I had to turn on masks on each text layer.

Wello I am trying to render the project including the mogrt graphic and it always stops due to an error “unable to render frames”. It is always stopped between 1:11-1:27. I have worked around errors like this before but my conclusion is that it has to do with something of the mogrt file itself. In every enconding language or format it crashes the same way, always same frames. I have sent u an email already.

Help. I’m trying to export the ae file into a mogrt file as your mogrt file does not allow for font change in premiere. The only change I’m making is getting rid of unisans and adding the option to change the font in the essential graphics panel. When I try to use it in premiere the file won’t work and has a 0.0 time. How can I fix this or can you just send me the file with the mogrt settings to allow for a font change.
And I’m using CC 2020

Downloaded it a few days ago and got massive font problems. Newest Premier and After Effects Version. Downloaded the Font, configured the Intro as I wanted but could not export because of a font-error (missing font). So I watched the tutorial again and again, replaced the Font in the After Effects file, exported as shown in the tutorial – still looking for the Uni-Sans font.
I did this about 15 times, different fonts etc. but still same error. Am I missing some hidden layer? Did not work with AA and AP before, but I’m used to Adobe and working with it as “beginner” ... but I have no clue why its still looking for the old font – Need Support because I really want the intro to work. thx

It seems like the new version of premiere pro has issue with missing font file even after installing the fonts.
Here are few things you can do-
1. download the font https://www.gfxfile.com/8uy/Uni.Sans.7z & Install all the font weights. Restart the system.
2. Open premiere & remove all the old version of glitch intro mogrt from essential graphics panel.
3. Re Import the mogrt through essential graphics panel.
4. Change the text as per your requirements.
5. From File > project setting > general > set the renderer to “mercury playback engine Software only”
6. If all above fails send me the text 1,text 2,text 3 & tagline inputs( send me if you have any additional requirements), I will render the video for you. You can add audio later. Mail me at santoshw7885@gmail.com
Just downlaod it, works perfectly on premiere pro but cant change the FONT, can you help me?
Easy way to change font is update your premiere pro cc , premiere pro cc 2019 has font change support. If you don’t want to update your premiere pro, change the font in after effects and export the motion graphics template to use it in premiere.
When I do “Render and Replace” it gives me a generic “Coding Error”. Why? I use the latest version of Adobe Premere Pro CC 2019 and I have installed all the fonts
Is there any specific reason for using render and replace option. Try using the default file > export>media. Disable hardware acceleration from project settings use software renderer. Send me screenshot of the error at santoshw7885@gmail.com
What is going on? It says Premiere Pro, but the file is .aep and wont even up for me. It says it was created on Windows 64 and cannot be opened.
Import the file from mogrt folder through essential graphics panel of premiere pro.
After effects file is for additional customizations
Now it says the file was created in after effects, and i need to download it. But I already have it

Can you import a logo and achieve the same effect?
premiere pro motion graphics template is text only, this project includes after effects version of the file which you can use for logo replacement.
Yes you can use it with logo.
Thank you for the quick reply, I’m considering purchasing this because i think it looks higher quality than most but I’m on a time crunch, if i import the logo in Adobe After Effects will it still apply that same glitch effect or would i have to do any tampering with the project?
No you don’t have to tamper, just make sure you match your logo with placeholder logo scale & it will work out as preview.
Just purchased the item and was able to EASILY manipulate my logo the way i wanted, while still keeping the glitch effect i wanted! Great Work Santoshw7885!
