1080 by 1920 transitions get weirdly converted to 1920 by 1080, which renders them useless in the project.

I really wanted to like this, but every time i intent to use it I ended up spending at least a couple of hours trying to link missing files, it also slows my computer really bad and I have a decent graphic card, processor and enough memory.
I think it could be an awesome package, I encountered missing files, poorly organized, tech-bugs, endless linking media issues, way too old tutorials...
I do not like to give a low rate, but this was my experience, so far I haven't been able to use it once since I bought it.
I am aware that it could be me, do not be discourage, I am sure it may work for someone else.

The transitions do not work right out of the box. I have a brand new MSI laptop with top specs. 32GB of ram, 1TB SSD, RTX 2070 Super graphics, etc..... Im using Adobe Premiere Pro 2020. Ive installed the transitions, but when they are applied to a simple sequence between 2 videos, they do not work correctly. I am getting different shapes that do not relate to the previews.

Also support has not been very responsive.
