I cant install this theme, saying the theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Based on your comment it looks like you have tried to install this Style/Theme in the WordPress. However, please note it's not a WordPress Theme, it's a phpBB Style/Theme. So, please install this Style/Theme in phpBB to follow the installation steps from the provided documentation.
